Callery Industrial Park, Inc. is a growing commercial development located north of Pittsburgh in Callery Borough, Butler County, between Mars and Evans City along Mars Evans City Rd.

The Industrial Park plan is designed to accommodate four commercial/industrial buildings or warehouses ranging in size from 14,000 sq. ft to 80,000 sq. ft. and one retail/flex space building that can accommodate multiple tenants with road frontage of approximately 32,000 sq ft. Currently Buildings I, II, and III are occupied. Building IV (Callery Commons) is now leasing with few spots remaining.
